Agent M II Pandora’s Box (Agent M series Book 2)

About

Having barely survived her last mission, Agent M is at it again; and this time, the stakes couldn’t be higher. A rogue CIA operative has been working undercover for months in the beautiful city of Bangkok, and the results of his investigation have been forwarded to Her Majesty’s Secret Service in London. Initially, no one takes the threat seriously; but the new director can not afford to ignore the risks of a potential terrorist plot. Director Neil Carter immediately passes the mission along to his most reliable agent, Max, who soon learns the report is flawed—and world-wide peril is seemingly inevitable. With sparse information, Max makes the trip to the bustling city of Bangkok in hopes of locating the terrorist cell behind the rumors. However, upon her arrival, unexpected surprises and dangers await her. Complicating matters is a mysterious individual who has suddenly come into Agent M’s life. Max’s attention toward the stranger strains her friendship with Jack Conner, whose life she had once valued more than her own (and vice versa). Wealthy beyond belief, Jack Conner uses his resources to uncover a sinister plot in connection with Max’s new acquaintance. Who will Max believe—and which one of the men in her life can she trust as she fights to save the world? However, the potentially deadly love triangle is not the worst of the problems that plague Max, who has the impossible task of stopping a computer virus as ominous as its name: Pandora’s Box!
