Over the Edge

For two rookie cops a move to the big city is a dream come true. This outstanding team has proven themselves in Atlanta by solving more crimes than anyone on the force. They are so in tune with each other that they can communicate without saying a word. One of the officers is a beautiful young woman named Cathy Stone. Her partner goes by the name of Mr. J. There is a reason behind that, and it’s only near the end when his true identity is revealed. It is Cathy that is compelled to provide the detailed account of how she and her partner were thrown under a bus. Only days after arriving in New York, they begin to realize something very sinister is going on in the ‘big easy’; and they find themselves right smack in the middle of it. Organized crime has the business owners in its powerful grip. They must pay for protection in order to survive. Some choose death instead. That’s what pushes Mr. J over the edge. Now he is determined to get justice. Some believe that is what the J stands for. Sometimes a cop has to cross the line in order to obtain justice or does he?
